For both title and publication searches in Advanced Searches, one of the options should be to search by language. For example, one should be able to search for all Spanish books by Robert Heinlein, or all books in Swahili.

An early misunderstanding on my part; of course language searches should only be on titles. Users can get from there to the publications.
Implemented in biblio\search.py 1.13, edit\tp_search.py 1.17, edit\ta_search.py 1.17. Installed in r2012-16.
