Implemented in r2011-38. Keeping the FR open because we will want to eliminate CHAPTERBOOKs from the list of title types that support auto-linking.

Changed the logic to auto-link to SHORTFICTION records rather than CHAPTERBOOKs. Implemented in common/SQLparsing.py 1.131, installed in r2014-320 on 2014-09-25. Closing.
