#263 dates of publication

As I'm new on this part of the ISFDB, please excuse me if this suggestion is inapprpriate or already ansewered.

Following a remark by Stonecreek (http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/User_talk:Hauck#A_case_of_time_travel.3F), it could be interesting to have in the "cleaning scripts" menu two new (?) items :

- one that lists the cases where a publication (or a title ?) has contents with a more recent date than itself (e.g. the case indicated by Stonecreek with a 1985 book with parts of the content dated 1997).

- one that verify if the minimum of the publication dates of a title is egal to the date in the title data (I think that it's the case when anterior publications are entered for an already existing title, especially for works in foreign langage).

I don't know the volume of results returned so perhaps those proposed tools are to heavy to use.
