#236 Enable series auto-deletion

When a series becomes empty, it is currently left around. This has proved to be undesirable. We need to automatically delete them when the last Title record is removed from the series. Note that this will not delete the current series' superseries which may have become empty due to the deletion of the current series, so we need to keep the "Delete Series" navbar option.
