#215 Create a list of titles for a given tag/author

Currently when the user clicks a tag on a Summary Bibliography page a page is displayed with all of the titles that have been assigned that tag. Instead there should be a display of only the works by that author which have been assigned that tag. Perhaps there should be a primary listing of the works by the author which have been assigned that tag followed by the other works which have been assigned that tag. Alternatively the user could be given the option to "Display all works" or "Display only works by author x".

I most often want the cross-author display, listing all titles as at present, so I would object to automatically separating them. An option might be worth while. -DES
