#20 Add new 'Cover art supplied by' links to pl.py

We should add the other sites which allow hot-linking to the script which display's a 'Cover art supplied by' credit on the publication page.

This will require a small edit to pl.py at about line 315 and about line 445, to both trigger the credit, and to display it.
