Make interior art titles sort correctly on the Summary Bibliography page. At the moment, they appear out of order, e.g.:

Implemented in common/SQLparsing.py 1.138 (also fixed Alpha and Chronological views). Installed in r2014-382 on 2014-11-02. Closing.
