#175 Link other issues when displaying Magazine issues
When displaying Magazine issues, link other issues of the same magazine when known. This is only possible when the pub has an EDITOR Title. If the EDITOR Title is a VT, use the parent EDITOR title. If the EDITOR title is in a Series, link the Series. If not, check the number of pubs for the EDITOR Title. If there are 2 or more, link the EDITOR title.
