#1730 Reconcile Award and Review display sections

Originally, neither the award pages nor the "Reviews" section of Title pages displayed anything about the variant. Now the "Reviews" section displays the language of the review (if different), but not the variant title, e.g. see https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?305891. Conversely, award pages display the variant title, but not their language, e.g. https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/award_category_year.cgi?748+2006 . It would be best to synchronize them and display both the language and the variant title on all pages -- see https://isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/User_talk:GDJ#Review_of_S.C4.83_nu_M.C4.83_P.C4.83r.C4.83se.C8.99ti_or_Never_Let_Me_Go for details. We may need an additional discussion to come up with the best way to display everything.
