#1729 Title Merge submissions should display the title type for COVERART titles

Submission review pages for Title Merge submissions should display the title type for COVERART titles. Currently the "Title Type" row only displays the cover images of the pubs that contain each COVERART title. It's useful, but there are times when a COVERART title has no images associated with it, in which case the cell is left blank and the reviewing moderator has no easy way of telling what's going on.
