#1721 Remove software support for 9999-00-00 (future) dates
Remove software support for 9999-00-00 (future) dates as per Help changes on 2026-07-27 -- see Rules and standards changelog.
We currently have 13 Python and JavaScript scripts which process 9999-00-00 dates. They will need to be updated to remove all references to 9999-00-00 dates.
