#1640 Statistical breakdown of book prices

Create a new entry on the ISFDB Statistics and Top Lists page. It will link to the Web page described immediately below.

Create a new Web page with a list of selected currencies: $, £, € and others listed in Help:List of currency symbols. Each currency will be a link to a separate Web page.

Each currency-specific Web page will have a list of applicable formats: pb, tp, hc, ebook, etc. Each format will have a sub-list of languages for matching pubs as well as a "Combined" line item. Each item in the sub-list will be a link to a separate Web page.

Each currency/format/language-specific page will display a single table. Each row in the table will correspond to one year. Only years for which the ISFDB database has relevant data will be displayed.

Each row in the table described above will have the following columns:
Column 1: YYYY
Column 2: Number of matching publications
Column 3: The most common price for the year's pubs for this table's combination of currency and format, followed by the number of pubs expressed as a percentage of the total number of matching pubs in parentheses
Columns 4-10: Less common prices for the year's pubs for this table's combination of currency and format, followed by the number of pubs expressed as a percentage of the total number of matching pubs in parentheses
