The "unhold" button on submission review pages should automatically re-display the submission review page. Currently it takes the reviewing moderator to a separate Web page which displays a link to the New Submissions page and nothing else.

Implemented in mod/unhold.py, installed in SVN 960 on 2022-07-16. Closing the FR.
