Enhance the cleanup report "Publications with Invalid Page Numbers" to find invalid page numbers . For the purposes of this FR, "invalid" is defined as any value that doesn't have the NNN.NNN format after the pipe character or uses "fp" instead of "fep" before the (optional) pipe character.
