Change the thresholds of the "Oldest Authors" stats reports from 80 to 85 years. The lower thresholds were causing the reports to error out due to the very high volume of matching records.

Implemented in nightly/nightly_stats.py , installed in SVN 843 on 2022-02-13. Closing the FR.
