#1473 Tweak Libris cleanup reports

I've identified two tweaks which would make cleanup report 299 (Publications with Swedish Titles with no Libris XL ID) even more useful.

  1. Exclude publications of the types MAGAZINE or FANZINE (Libris does not catalogue individual issues).
  2. Exclude content titles of the type INTERIORART (as these are often not an indication of the publication being relevant for Libris).

Edit: I have changed the title of this FR from 'cleanup report 299' to 'Libris cleanup reports' since the same considerations apply to cleanup report 300.
