#1469 Change 'author' to 'editor' for anthologies, magazines and fanzines

NewPub and EditPub data entry forms currently display the word "Author" for all publication types. It needs to be changed to "Editor" when entering/editing anthologies, magazines and fanzines. This will require JavaScript changes to make the "+" sign logic add "Editor" instead of "Author".
