#1448 Enhance identification of invalid prices

Enhance the identification of invalid prices in yellow warnings and cleanup report. The following patterns should be flagged:

1. More than one space in Price values
2. A space before the dollar ($) sign
3. The plus (+) sign anywhere in the Price field
4. A space following a digit
