There are roughly 4,000 publication records with the currency abbreviation "Lit" entered AFTER the numeric price value. We want to change these value to have "LIT" appear BEFORE the numeric value. Hopefully the change can be made programmatically.

Implemented in scripts/convert_bad_Italian_prices.py, installed in SVN 760 on 2021-09-26. Closing the FR.
