The cleanup report "Publications with Invalid Prices" (http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/edit/cleanup_report.cgi?100) needs to be updated to catch prices with "円" or "JP" in the price field. As per the data entry rules, we should be using "¥" instead.
