Currently, there are two ways to get XML-formatted pub records via the Web API: by ISBN and by External ID. We want to add the ability to request pubs by internal ISFDB ID.

common/isfdb.py rest/TARGETS rest/getpub_by_internal_ID.py

Installed in SVN 757 on 2021-09-25. Closing the FR.
