#1413 Add support for plays and other scripts

Add support for plays and other types of scripts like movie scripts, TV scripts, etc. Create a new title type, SCRIPT, and adjust the Author pages to display it. Standalone appearances of SCRIPT titles should be considered CHAPBOOKs. Adjust the CHAPBOOK logic to allow for it. Create a new cleanup report to look for SHORTFICTION and NOVEL titles with the word "play" (or similar) in them.
