By default, MediaWiki users belong to one or more of the following groups: "Sysops", "Bots", "Bureaucrats", "Write". At this time, all Wiki moderators have the ability to approve ISFDB submissions created by all non-moderators.

We want to add support for a new type of ISFDB users which we will call "self-moderators". They will only be able to approve their own submissions.
