#1359 In the Content section, display parent data on a separate line

In the Content section of Publication pages, we want to display the parent title's data on a separate line. The current display order is:

Variant/translated title
Canonical author name
Canonical title
Alternate name used by the variant title

It's a weird and confusing order. Putting the parent title's data on a separate line will make the layout more logical and give us more space to display additional data elements later. Some scenarios and examples of what the new layout will look like:
