Hyperlink URLs when displaying NewRecord submissions. Currently URLs associated with EditRecord (Edit Publication, Edit Title, Edit Author, etc) submissions are hyperlinked, but URLs associated with NewRecord submissions (New Publication, Clone Publication, New Award Type, etc) are not hyperlinked.
