The 'Incomplete' template currently expands to "Contents incomplete." As per http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/ISFDB:Community_Portal#Wording_of_text_printed_by.22Incomplete.22template , we want to change the wording to "The Contents section of this record is incomplete; additional eligible titles still need to be added".
