For pubs with ISBNs, link Publication pages and moderator review pages to all Amazon stores (16 as of 2019.) At this time we only link to a subset of Amazon stores. Similarly, link ASIN External IDs to all 16 Amazon stores.

On the Publication page, split the "Other Sites" drop-down list into two: one for "Amazon Links" and one for "Links to Other Sites".

Details: We currently link to the following Amazon stores:
* Amazon CA
* Amazon DE
* Amazon FR
* Amazon JP
* Amazon UK
* Amazon US

    Added 10 ISBN links and 2 ASIN links; fixed HTML bugs in My Web Sites; fixed HTML bug when the user doesn't want any ISBN links to be displayed:

    Installed in SVN 469 on 2019-10-24. Closing the FR.
