Enhance the 'Invalid Record URLs in Notes' cleanup report. Currently the report logic flags records whose Notes field have links to the "se" (search) and "note" (extended Notes) scripts. These links need to be ignored because they don't follow the standard "script_name.cgi?nnnn" format.
