#1257 Update the cleanup reports for NooSFere and NILF

Update the cleanup reports for NooSFere and NILF. We need two new cleanup reports, one for raw NooSFere URLs in Publication Notes and one for raw Fantascienza URLs. We also need to update cleanup report 244, "Publications with Invalid Non-numeric External IDs", to look for non-numeric NooSFere and NILF IDs. Note that, apparently, NooSFere IDs can be negative integers.

Part 1 - Created 3 cleanup reports for direct NooSFere, nlif.it and fantascienza links in publication notes in:

Installed in SVN 327 on 2019-01-16. Keeping the FR open.
