#125 Add a free text Note field to Series records

As per the last Wiki discussion of the subject (http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/ISFDB:Community_Portal#More_Series_options.3F), we need to add a free text Note field to Series record. It should behave similarly to the Note fields in the Edit Title and Edit Publication screens.
