Standardize 'Tags' and 'Title Tags' in regular and Advanced Searches.

Remove "Tag" from the Advanced Publication Searchdrop-down list since publication tags are deprecated. Rename "Title Tag" to "Tag" in the Advanced Title Search drop-down list. This will make the terminology used by Advanced Search match the regular (navigation bar) search, where "Tags" searches title tags.
