starts_with
not_starts_with

not_ends_with

Installed in SVN 250 on 2018-11-07. Closing the FR.

Part 2 - Redirect to the Publication page if only one matching publication has been found. Implemented in biblio/external_id_search_results.py, installed in SVN 258 on 2018-11-14. Keeping the FR closed.
