Create a cleanup report to find anthology and collection publications with no fiction titles. It should consist of 2 Web pages.

The first Web page will contain 2 tables. The first table will show counts of empty pubs per year and per month since 2000. The second table will show counts of empty pubs per decade and per year prior to 2000. Each count will be a link to the second Web page, which will display a standard table of eligible pubs. The first page will also contain a separate link for 0000-00-00 pubs.

The second Web page will display each empty pub's title, author, date, title type and note. Moderators will be able to ignore pubs.

-The first report will run overnight and find all COLLECTION, ANTHOLOGY, MAGAZINE, FANZINE publications without fiction (SHORTFICTION, NOVEL, SERIAL or POEM) titles  associated with them. The results will be presented as a new cleanup report accessible via the main cleanup menu. Unlike other cleanup reports, this one will have an intermediate Web page which will display a year grid. Only years with identified problem publications will be clickable. Once you click on a year, you will be taken to a new Web page which will display a table of publications. The following columns will be displayed: row number, publication title, publication author(s), publication type, "ignore", "save for future use". The "ignore" column and the "save" column should not be adjacent to each other to minimize the chance of a misclick.
