    Changed the algoritm to search for "LCCN:" and "LCCN [digit]". Implemented in:

nightly/nightly_update.py

    Installed in SVN 125 on 2018-06-01. Keeping the FR open since we may want to make the algorithm more inclusive once the current crop of pubs has been processed.
