#1149 Standardize the display of 'Author(s)/Editor(s)/Reviewer(s)' labels

Standardize the display of 'Author(s)/Editor(s)/Reviewer(s)' field labels. At this time the Title page checks the number of authors/editors and displays "Author", "Authors", "Reviewer" or "Reviewers" accordingly. It also displays "Editor(s)" for anthologies (but not magazines or fanzines.) It doesn't handle "Interviewee(s)" correctly.

We want to make the software behave consistently and intelligently on all pages. It should use the plural form of the label when more than one value is present. It should also display "Editor" for magazine and fanzine editors as well as for anthology editors. This should apply to Title pages, Publication pages, and all other pages that display authors/editors.
