#1120 Automate the anthology/collection tracker

Add a new drop-down field, "Contents Status", to Publication records. The allowed values will be "Complete", "Incomplete" and "Not specified" (default.) The new field will be available in our standard New/Edit/Add/Clone Publication edit forms. Pre-existing publication records will be set to "Not Specified" by default.

Create a new report accessible via the Cleanup Reports menu. The report should be available to all editors, including non-moderators. Unlike regular cleanup reports, this one should let users specify selection criteria similar to the way Advanced Search works. Proposed selection criteria:

  1. "Year". An input field which accepts any YYYY year.
  2. "Publication types". 4 check-boxes for Collections, Anthologies, Magazines, Fanzines. At least 1 must be checked.
  3. "At least one fiction title present". A drop-down list with the following values: "Any" (default), "Yes", "No". [This functionality may slow the report down -- need to check feasibility.]
  4. "Contents status". 3 check-boxes for "Complete", "Incomplete", "Not specified".
  5. "Exclude". 3 check-boxes for "juvenile", "graphic", "non-genre". [Another potential performance issue -- need to check feasibility.]

This report will facilitate finding recently added collections/anthologies which haven't had Contents items added yet. It will support a superset of the functionality of the currently existing Wiki-based anthology/collection tracker.

 This will allow editors to search for different permutations, e.g. collections/anthologies which have no contents and no relevant templates in Notes. It should make it easy to find recently added collections/anthologies which haven't had a template assigned yet. You could also select a combination of selection criteria which will replicate the functionality of the currently existing tracker etc.
