#1107 Clarify JavaScript-based EDITOR error

"I tried to submit a new magazine when I had erroneously put the type of the editorial, titled "Words from the Editor-in-Chief (Apex Magazine, November 2017)", as EDITOR. The error message was "For new/added publications the reference title should not be entered in the Content section. It will be added automatically at submission creation time." This completely baffled me and it took me a long time to figure out what I had done wrong. I mean, I didn't enter the reference title in the content section! Maybe what you want to say is "the title type EDITOR should not be entered in the content section"?"
