#1096 Editor Record Dates on Merges

When merging editor records, default to the most general date (i.e. 2017-00-00) vs. the most specific (i.e. 2017-10-01). For all merges, it currently defaults to the most specific. However, the standard for magazine records is to have the date just the year when multiple issues are merged under the same record. This means that for editor merges, almost always having to change from the default.
