Clarify titles' translation status on Summary pages. Currently all VTs are labeled "Variant title". We should change the label to "Translation" for translations. Split the "Serializations" section into "Serializations" and "Serialized Translations".

Implemented in biblio/common.py 1.193, installed in r2017-246 on 2017-06-19. Keeping the FR open pending the results of the follow-up Wiki discussion.
