#842 Extraneous 'View Issue Grid' links on series pages

If a series contains at least one EDITOR record either in the main series or in one of its sub-series, then ALL sub-series displayed on the main series page have a 'View Issue Grid' link are displayed next to their names. Only sub-series with EDITOR records should display 'View Issue Grid' links.
