#811 Plus signs allowed in author names in some data entry forms

Contents validation strips plus signs from the entered author names because plus signs are used as delimiters between different authors in the body of the submission. (This is a flaw in the software design which will need to be corrected.) However, Edit Title, Edit Author and the Award Editor do not strip plus signs, which can result in discrepancies and software errors.
