Edit History doesn't display the columns correctly when handling "Integrated" records which errored out half way through the approval process. See http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pub_history.cgi?312013 , submission 1503824 -- the value of the "Moderator" column is actually the "Affected Record" value. Note that this affects submission records from 2010-2013 since we changed the way the sub_status field is updated is handled after 2013.

Fixed in common/library.py, installed in SVN 932 on 2022-06-31. Closing the Bug report.
