The cleanup report "Suspected Ineligible Reviewed NONFICTION Titles" is currently limited to the first 1000 matching titles. However, the selection logic doesn't account fortitle records previously ignored by moderators. The result is that the report displays fewer than 1000 records.

Fixed in nightly/nightly_job.py, installed in SVN 556 on 2020-10-28. Closing the Bug.
