There are Python and HTML errors in post-approval scripts. The Python error is in mod/ka_new.py, so it only affects Make Variant submissions. The HTML errors affect all post-approval scripts because they are in mod/isfdblib.py.

Fixed in:

mod/isfdblib.py mod/ka_new.py

Installed in SVN 512 on 2020-04-05. Closing the Bug.
