The Edit History page can display incorrect submissions. This is due to the fact that it assumes that the data in the "new_record_id" field of the submissions table is always the ID of a new publication record. In reality, the field is also used to store the IDs of new award type records, award category records and award records.

Fixed in biblio/pub_history.py, installed in SVN 501 on 2020-02-23. Closing the Bug report.
