The two cleanup reports that identify "empty container pubs", i.e."Magazines without Fiction Titles" and "Anthologies and Collections without Fiction Titles", do not display pubs to be published in future years. We want to change them to display "next year" publications.

Fixed in edit/cleanup_report.py, installed in SVN 489 on 2019-12-27. Closing the bug report.
