User-selectable display options "Do not display translations" and "Do not display variants or translations" do not suppress the display of cover images associated with the suppressed publications.

E.g. on
http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?1147222+0

the three buttons "Displaying all variants and translations • Do not display translations • Do not display variants or translations" modify the list, but not the images below. Always all 3 images are displayed.

As wished a plain bug report without code even if fixing this would have been as fast as writing a description.
