'0' page counts are not displayed on the Publication page or in publication tables. They should be displayed.

2018-11-14: This was apparently done on purpose back when "0" was condiered the preferred value for audio books and e-books. That approach was abandoned many years ago. The software needs to be modified to display "0" page counts instead of hiding them.
