#697 Linked reviews display the transliterated titles of the linked title

Linked reviews display the transliterated titles of the linked title. The logic works correctly in most cases because REVIEW titles usually match the reviewed titles. However, sometimes REVIEW records have a different title than the reviewed title and the latter's transliterated titles do not apply.
