#667 Title=Novel; Reference in Content=Chapbook gives confusing message

I was correcting a "too-short" novel to chapbook. I accidentally left the publication as a "Novel", but entered the reference title in the contents as a ChapBook. I also entered the Short Fiction contents (and an InteriorArt piece). The system detected an error, but the message it gave was: "When editing publications, the Content section must contain one reference title." Since I had a reference title in the contents section, this was a confusing (and incorrect) error message.
